On May 3 2022, The Hive launched our 5-Year Capital Campaign

A Legacy of Homes for The Hive.

 

This campaign will include the purchasing of land in Richland County to build the first space for a culturally specific advocacy organization serving women and girl survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking in South Carolina.

 

The Hive HQ will consist of a café (employing survivors), a bee farm which will produce local bee and honey based products, a community garden to provide survivors and their families access to healthy food, and a Community Wellness Center.

 

The second phase of the campaign (15 yrs) will include the development of a long term residential community that will provide transitional housing to survivors and their families.

 

Major investors and funders who give $10,000+ will be added to the building's Wall of Honor and receive special acknowledgement throughout the campaign phase and at the grand opening celebration.
